of human caspase-1.
Format:
100 μg of liquid epitope-affinity purified
polyclonal antibody at 0.2 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.2,

0.01% thimerosal.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw
cycles.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Immunocytochemistry: Use at 10-20 μg/mL.

Immunoprecipitation: Use at 4-8 μg/mL.

Western blot: Use at 0.5-4 μg/mL.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
